We've completed two raids already, so vote for one of those if you think we have completed the "hardest" raid to come (Which I sure as hell hope not) or what do you want to see in new Raids to come, Thoughts?
Edit: Love the 500+ answers, serious and funny ones. Keep em coming!
This seems to be very in favor for the Cabal, but those damn fallen aren't too far behind.

A cabal raid would probably give me a seizure
-
Rockets mcdickface wins it

4 RepliesFallen have Snipers (the worst part of the Orcacle fight) and high damage melee'ing assholes (Knights) , both of whom will probably be invisible. No other faction has that combo of long range/short range power houses. Also don't forget healing support (servitors) and homing bullets.

1 Replycabal will make this forum have to stock up on astroglide..
-
6 RepliesJudgment based off the comparison of VoG and CE. Vex are the hardest because I'm pretty sure all the raids from here on are going to be lazy 30 min raids. Not sure the creativity and complexity from VoG will be done again. CE is a joke.

Imagine a wall of shields so large it even rivals the 300 Imagine a continuous bombardment of high impact shells coming from 15 centurions. Imagine 4 colossi behind them with the sniping power of Tu A'urc. The catch phrase of that raid might as well be "Let's wipe guys."

You must stop the Fallen from summoning their horrid God Chodasius...Lord of Chodes

Edited by Graendahl: 12/22/2014 7:38:25 PMPhalanx in turtle formation with yellow health and shields, with a captain in the middle reviving them after a while. Miniboss! And gjallahorn immunity.
-
Edited by Exodus: 12/22/2014 7:32:08 PMThe Cabal space program takes top.
-
Cabal. Generally tougher, take more time to down and they use tactics with those Phalanxes and Psions. God I can't wait for them to be a DLC.
-
1 ReplyPhalanxes with their one hit melee. They don't even need to be bosses to splatter your ass in your hit
-
COL--blam!-ING-LOSUS!!! PHA--blam!-ING-LANX!! Coming from all sides. Chasing after you missles everywhere like hives boomber and thralls lolz
-
phalanxes as far as the eye can see. With yellow health bars.
-
Colossus.

4 RepliesEdited by VozAlta: 12/22/2014 3:38:56 PMInteresting question, it should be Cabal, but personally I think Fallen are tougher. They are more agile and use active camo and spermlasers.
-
I picture nf archon priest with so many more stealth vandals and sword captains.
-
1 ReplyIf the cabal get a raid with any amount of unflinching phalanx or collussuses, that raid will probably be the hardest.
-
Cabal raid will have angry and wide open spaces with few places to take cover. Calling it now.
-
1 ReplyStunned vex was only 5%! Minotaurs; although we've defeated them now, are bloody tough. Cabal get stunned and don't teleport out the way of grenades
-
Imagine a survival phase similar to confluxes in VOG but with waves of shielded psions using their arc abilities and a bunch of collossus firing missiles and machine guns....
-
Raid boss for cabal...... a giant clossosus in a HUGE MOTHA -blam!-ING MECHA SUIT.
-
1 ReplyImagine having to climb 20 stories in one of those buildings in the buried city in order to take out a Cabal warlord. Only thing is each floor is locked by a door that only opens when all enemies in the previous room are dead. Here's the kicker - all rooms are filled to the brim with yellow health, unflinching, phalanxes. You also have no jumping room there. Good luck.
-
Not sure how a cabal raid would be properly just a war of shooting lool
-
1 ReplyThe cabal phalanx would send you to orbit after you are hit with the sheild
-
12 RepliesIf we keep cheating, cheesing, and otherwise trivializing content, bungie is going to be pissy and petty and rapidly scale up the difficulty on the raids to come and make it night impossible for players to beat them. So I am going to go with my gut and say the Cabal raid is going to require every member of your fireteam to not die, and you have 12 seconds to kill the raid boss before he enrages and throws a moon at you like the Vong did Chewie (screw you, Salvatore). But before the boss, there's a umping puzzle that if any single member fails you all die horribly returning you to orbit where you lose 2 light levels, to prevent players from "cheesing"

The Phalanxes will just camp a hallway in a row with their stupid shields and shoot at you... I swear to Christ....
