Bungie buffed the Vex to 323 only to make is stronger in PvE without overpowering PvP. IMO, in order for the Vex to remain relevent with other Exotics, it's attack power needs to be buffed beyond 331. But most of all, Bungie needs to put out an official response with regards to what it's plans are with regards to Exotics found in raids. This problem is not going away and Guardians need to be made aware that either Raid exotics are going to be treated the same as other exotics or are to be "retired" when new content comes along
