Its a raid specific exotic. You can only get vex from atheon on hard mode. I don't have suros or ice breaker, don't buff them jk. I just started when both went on sell. Anyways, only one way to get it but other exotics you can buy, do crucible, nightfall, Vog on normal. Several ways and they still get buffed up

haha i suppose so still know somone without one since week 1 :p i meant the raid itself is easy now so despite rng possibly causing issues it shouldnt be that great.
