It is a trophy weapon grin hard mode old content. Raid specific. It shouldn't be able to be upgraded. The hard mode Crota weapon needs to shine. Not be over shadowed by mytho. It defeats the purpose all together. Mytho is still extremely viable, and does good dps. Saying it's outdated abs worthless makes no sense.
