Raid specific exotics should be equal to each other and higher than random drop, chest, xur sell weapons. You have to work harder for these weapons. Nightfall drops exotics that are rated higher and my friend and I have ran it together with little problem for the last 12+ months. I went 27 kills with 3-4 kill death ratio and someone else who went negative and got red death or suros regime, don't remember but it was exotic. At least keep on the xur upgrade list after each dlc. buff to 346 when others go to 354 type of deal
