Curious to know in this scenario if you were needing to farm the most amount of say sapphire wire or w/e ur class uses for its class specific armor material in a given amount of time how would you do it? Im curious to see if theres a faster way im overlooking since i have no sapphire wire atm and need an ungodly amount asap lol. Personally ive found the best way is to either enjoy some time doing tiger/roc strikes, or if i were really focusing on getting my sapphire wire or hadronic essence i think a mostly chest specific farming route would be best, something like the skywatch route, venus cave chest route, or the buried city chest/relic iron route. I figure getting green armor with a chance at blue engrams then decrypting those at the end would be quickest. Since the drop rates for engrams seem so low on any of the near insta spawn farming locations now aka the current loot cave replacements i think a chest route would be more efficient. OF COURSE this is not counting using glimmer to buy green items/engrams to get the items to smash for those materials. Also turning in bounties while doing any of this with the items that drop can help get you more materials in the slots where you dont have anything better to give xp to.
