But with Christmas at risk they braved Crota's trap! No idea that Thralls waited to attack! They ran, and they ran, until they could run no more. Lucky for them was a rune on the floor. And before them stood a large gate of light.. The end was so near, almost in sight.. Upon crossing through they were not on the moon.. But somewhere more sinister, as they'd learn all to soon. The blade-wielder charged, and it slashed, and swung! But verses six Guardians how could it have won? A blade of dark in hand they crossed the bridge.. Where a gatekeeper Knight watched over the ridge. Dark sword in hand the Guardian charged! But alone it was difficult to fight an opponent so large.. Blood was spilled, ashes strewn. But the Guardian's victory came all to soon.. Christmas' fate rests in their hands.. But this story is unfinished as it now stands. I have not completed the raid, that's as far as I've gone.. The Gatekeeper actually never fell.. He actually won. A fireteam I need and Christmas can still be saved! And we'll get some really good loot on the way! Come Guardians help me! Well, most of its plotline was just the raid, and what wasn't was kinda meant to follow the stereotypical "someone's gonna destroy Christmas" plotline. So I can see your point. :) Still those limitations in mind, I thought I did a good job. To each their own, though, Merry Christmas. :) (the full version is better)
