Expansion Pass on PSN is not transferring.

No luck yesterday so I'll try today. Purchased Destiny Digital plus expansion pass before launch. Both items were delivered and I can enjoy Destiny and the first expansion no problem on my PS3. I purchased a PS4 this week. The game license transferred fine, But the expansion did not and will not. I have 'Restored licenses' as per the help file on the destiny site, and followed the instructions found here: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122 From the help site: When you buy/redeem the Destiny Digital Base Game, Digital Guardian Edition, Expansion Pass or Expansion I on or before January 15th, 2015, you can download the Playstation®4 version from the PlayStation®Store for free Q. When I buy the Destiny Limited Edition or Destiny Ghost Edition on PlayStation®3, how do I get the free PlayStation®4 version of the Expansion Pass? Log into your PlayStation®3 and redeem the voucher for the Destiny Expansion Pass in the PlayStation®Store on or before January 15, 2015. Log into your PlayStation®4 any time after using the same Sony Entertainment Network Account (PSN ID) used to redeem the Destiny Expansion Pass on PlayStation®3. Navigate to the Expansion Pass within the Destiny content page in the PlayStation®Store. [b]Add the item to your cart and complete the transaction and wait for the download to complete. Wait for the download to complete.[/b] A physical or digital PlayStation®4 version of the Destiny game will be required to play this content on PlayStation®4, sold separately. WAIT FOR THE DOWNLOAD TO COMPLETE. It won't complete because it needs me to pay 35$ for the PS4 version. The same goes for trying to download TDB separately. I contacted Sony support since I made the purchases through PSN. PSN shows The Expansion Pass on my PS3 files and download but on the PS4 PSN it isn't displayed at all. Sony said it was an issue on Bungies' end. Can someone please look into why the Expansion Pass license is not transferring? I'd like to enjoy the content on my new system.

    • I think I discussed that you were not mismatching regions with you, yesterday. From that standpoint, understand that the system that is not allowing you to download the content, is Sony's system. Don't take the "contact Bungie" Answer from them - Bungie does not control the PSN store. If Sony sold you a PS3 expansion pass, their system should allow you to download the ps4 expansion pass.
