I'm at lvl 4 currently. When I hit lvl 3, the scout rifle dropped and again at lvl 4 both had different perks though. It's the only IB gun I've seen drop so far. I'm wondering what will drop when I hit lvl 5. I hope it's not the same scout rifle again lol.

Unfortunately no, the weapons available to buy in the last IB can now be dropped randomly. The same will apply in the next IB, the weapons available from LS now will drop next time.
