This would be cool for just legendary weapons. Like for instance I love hc's but the TDYD being sold by the vanguard has trash perks as does the one dropped for me (clown cartridge can you believe it?). I know there is someone out there with a dropped TDYD that has awesome perks but doesn't even use hc's.
