Also the same in with me in Germany. Not playable at the moment. Every few seconds, contacting Destiny-server and after max 5 min, disconnect with bee/weasel/anteater... really annoying.
I am near Ulm and have KabelBW so it seems for me to be a Cable-related problem. UPC is also an Provider of Internet over Cable. When i go to the Webpage of both, nearly looks the same

Same also for me kabelbw. Never had problems with destiny but since Wednesday I am unable to play. Nothing changed on the network since then.
