Definitely is worth it. Best arc damage sniper in the game. So if you are looking to do the nightfall with an arc damage boost to you and toward enemies this would be your best choice. Also if one of your teammates goes down you can safely revive them once the cloak becomes active.

For sure. But if your using your other subclass thy doesn't have that ability or if you have an account that is a warlock or Titan it really comes in handy.

Yeah it is worth it to upgrade idk I am rocking both an upgrade and none they both seem bout the same. However it is one of my favorite weapons in the game.

If you are into sniper rifles that hold 6 rounds and very little recoil.

If you are a sniper in general take it. If you're a PVP sniper take it. PVE wise it ok.

It's one of the best snipers in the game. I will not buy it because I have Blackhammer and I'm not much of a sniper. If you like snipers go for it. Good luck
