Crota's End Loot Drop Rate
Just wondering if im extremely unlucky or if this is a glitch.
I've done the whole crotas raid, every checkpoint, every loot chest and all ive got from it is a suros from killing crota, a raid cape from a loot chest and obviously the guarantied materials, On all 3 characters. [b]And not one raid weapon or armor piece[/b]
I really want to know if this is just a glitch for me or something because everyone else at least gets a guarantied raid weapon it seems. But not me.

I don't know what's happening with the loot drops. I've seen some people who are not active players get good stuff, and others who are get nothing but shards. Am lucky, I have two level 32 titans, both with all our pieces of raid gear, all the gun, and my 3rd Titan has 2 pieces of raid gear. I also have four exotics for the Titan (all gear) I think it is down to luck, I have deleted and redone titans numerous times to get the chance to run the crota raid again. My advice guys/gals is simple Have 3 of the same guardians, run the raid numerous times, make sure you have no raid gear or weapons equipped and see what you get. Takes me four hours to recreate a Titan from nothing, am farming for shards atm. Really think it's about luck, but I get 3 times the chance of getting more weapons and gear due to recreating my titans. It does work, find the type of guardian you want and get keeping it. Am sure you will all get there in the end. Good luck Woo.

But not me.[/quote] I would say you have just been very unlucky :/ I have done the raid 9 times got all the weapons, chest twice boots once and gaunlets like 5 times, the titan mark and hawkmoon from chest . Keep at it bro the drops are better than VOG it knows what you have and gives you what you need.

You're not guaranteed to get a raid weapon, and no it's not a glitch you're just really really unlucky

Well, the only gear I have from it is the chest for the warlock. Today while doing my chest run in the first are of Crotas end I received a surprise of the MIDA-Multitool. I am happy now.

Complete it two times in a row and this is what I got: FIRST RUN: 1st Chest: 2 Radiant Energy, No Land Beyond. 1st Checkpoint: Gauntles and 2 Radiant Shard. 2nd Checkpoint: 2 Radiant Energy. 2nd Chest: 2 Radiant Energy. 3rd Checkpoint: Black Hammer and 3 Radiant Shard. SECOND RUN: 1st Chest: 2 Radiant Shard. 1st Checkpoint: 2 Radiant Shard. 2nd Checkpoint: Boots and 2 Radiant Energy. 2nd Chest: 2 Radiant Energy. 3rd Checkpoint: Song of Ir Yut, Suros Regime and 3 Radiant Energy.

All 3 times that Iv completed the lamp stage on CE Iv gotten the same gauntlets!! This Iv found out is not a glitch but for every part of the raid u get specific items or chance of that item!! So after lamps its gauntlets and after gatekeepers its chest or legs!! Just think u have been unlucky!!

5 RepliesIt's not a glitch. Their reward system benefits the worst players. If you're any good, don't expect to have luck. My 2.00 Cruicible KD and ability to carry raids made it take 19 tries to get a Raid Helmet in VoG and 21 to get the Vex. And yes, those completions were on hard before level 32 was released. Crota's end? I have one of each character. Unlike you, I didn't get that unlucky. But my titan has 3 boots, nothing else. My warlock has 2 gauntlets and 1 boots. And my hunter has 3 boots. So it doesn't seem very rng. My Crota rewards were 4 LMG. It sucks.

2 RepliesI just finished crota on all 3 of my characters. I have received 2 Warlock gauntlets 1 boot 1 boot for my hunter. The Dragons Breath from a chest the lmg, sniper, and rocket launcher. Our whole party got stuff. Only one person got shards for killing crota but only once. The other 2 times they got loot. Sorry. Might be a dry week for you. Good luck.

Nah man o got 700 something hours and did crota yesterday with all 3 my vharecter anf only got radiant shit and 1 gear piece a charecter and it was the same piece i have gotten before....wtf?? Ans now there s3rvers is giving shit -blam!-en glitchong out...ill be breaking this game soon so much hours for a broken gamr after they have been running longer than a year?? Giving rockstar shit that time is biting you in the ass now bungie

Not a glitch even after the fix. I've ran the raid 4.5 times and I barely have Gloves, boots and a gun. buddy who started playing since xmas and has only cleared the first 2 places twice (never killed Crota) has 2gloves, boots, chest and 2 exotics along with the class item. the thing thats pissing me off is that i keep getting that freaking color shader of Crota. after the second one i thought hmm maybe just that one time it will happen. but no 3rd and 4th time., I haven't even gotten anything else from with the exception of the first time where i got the black hammer. no emblem, no ship. they should give the people who don't get anything some extra materials

I've had 9 runs, and 4 have been without getting any armor or weapons. I've only gotten 3 weapons total, and one time I got two armor pieces in one run. 2 gloves, 1 chest, and 1 legs for hunter, 2 gloves for titan, 1 gloves for warlock. Small sample size, but it's slightly better than VoG so far.
