I am unable to received Ascendent Shard or Energy in the VOG game. Please check my profile. I believe is a bug. please fixed it

Did you already receive rewards this week? All of the raid activity on your character seems to be from this week, which started at 9 am UTC on Tuesday. You are only eligible for rewards from a raid, once per character per difficulty per week. Running again a second time in a week, will not award anything.
