Well the reason we got if on the moon was because that was the patrol bounty for the day. So we didn't go to earth for to long. My other friend still hasn't gotten it doing the same thing we have been doing. I have seen 4 people with hotp including myself and played with 8 different people since the update that's 4/9 you will get yours you just got bad luck I guess. I wouldn't even be to concerned with getting it until you hit rank 3 with Eris which I'm not sure you could be by this point maybe if you play hunter you might be.
