My theory of Halo 4 enemies
I seriously believe the enemy is mainly going to be ONI aka Office on Naval Intelligence.Because they are known to set up at installations like these and known to sacrifice UNSC personnel.Think about it.It definitely shows in the books,games,and minifilms from waypoint.

[/quote] How can you know what period of time Halo 4 takes place? It hasn't been said yet. But, everyone knows that Halo 4 is taking place on Onyx. So, I would have to assume (considering I've read every single Halo book, thank you), that you will be fighting a Forerunner-based enemy.
