My theory of Halo 4 enemies
I seriously believe the enemy is mainly going to be ONI aka Office on Naval Intelligence.Because they are known to set up at installations like these and known to sacrifice UNSC personnel.Think about it.It definitely shows in the books,games,and minifilms from waypoint.

Roberto, remember that.[/quote] You should have seen the Waypoint forums yesterday. 2 whole pages of people convinced that Caveat was a new race and discussing what they think they could be, going as far as saying that the "Caveats" could be the new race that crashed in the terminals, to a Precursor, to the Ancient Evil. With nobody realizing what it was. Frankly, it was depressing.
