We have been fighting Covenant for straight ten years. Don't you think it gets boring? Besides, Forerunners and Precursors plus probably new Flood forms (especially from Forerunner-Flood War, where I heard that it is much, much worse than minor infection at Halo 3.) should be perfect replacement for outdated Covenant. Besides, Covenant were destroyed in Great Schism. If you are really doing to that, go ahead. One sale loss matters nothing to Microsoft and 343 Industries. [/quote] Frankie confirmed that the Covenant races ARE back, but take a sideline roll to the new threat, and in fact may not be enemies at all.
