Thats what I think.
I talk about the hunters Bladancer and the Warlocks Voidwalker.
I mean the hunter has camo, increase his slide distance.
If he use that plus a shotgun its easy for him to kill.
If he use his blade super and cant get you he shotguns you, pretty easy to run trough a titan with that.
The Warlock use the 3 shot super attack and get you no matter what.
You shoot him he teleports away, you jump and are.....
Both can avoid a titan attack by teleporting or using backstab.
Backstab is pretty neat and if you do it right its cool but too easy.
Its simple to avoid a titan super this way.
I dont know what exactly the "you are harder to kill when using fist of HAVOC" does since it dont work.
Why do they all have 2 subclasses that can attack while my titan has a shield...the grenades are a bit better then the other subclass but thats it.
The hunter and warlock have grenades that follow the target, the titan don't.
I feel like you put a lot of thought into balancing warlock and hunter, they do fine against each other you did that well.
I like the titan and I don't ask to "power down" the other guardians, just give another subclass to the titan with better grenades and\or a way to avoid attacks.
My shoulder charge requires me to run before I can use it....just a side note.
Yes I like using the titan cause it is harder to play and win with it.
I think teleporting and camo is pretty cheap but people like it so its fine when they use it.
Just give me a way to have it even ones in a while.
I could be wrong but I think some of the things I named are the reason why people mostly use the hunter and warlock.
I could write a lot more about this but I think you got my point.
I'm not here to whine just to give some feedback.
If I wont like the game I wont ever bother to post.
Take it or not.
Have a great day and add some more planets please (: maybe for the next game

Camo- useless except for staying off radar Slide- yeah sure, we can slide, weee! Titans are the hardest to play with- YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Striker is pretty great in Crucible. Friggin shoulder charge.

1 ReplyFirst of all, hunter's nades suck ass on matchmaking. Titians have the best nades especially the lighting nade. Also melee attacks suck as for hunters as well. Shoulder charge is op.

1 ReplyEdited by VIK_DOOM: 12/18/2014 10:41:35 PMProblem is Warlocks have Support and long range class, missing close range Hunters have long range and close range, missing support Titans have Close range and support, issing long range When we get the third subclasses, titans are going to be able to get some range which is what makes them die most of the time, Fist of havoc can counter Arc Blade but not really Golden Gun But the warlocks are going to have access to their close range class so people are going to have to watch out for that as well. Biggest change for hunters is people will stop saying that they are useless once they have their support class as well (sunsinger and defender are usually what people use for argument anyway, which are their respective support role)

1 ReplyNo class is OP just annoying at times. Especially if you get in a match with a team full of one particular class.
-
If you're Titan, go play Rumble. Unstoppable.

Edited by DuuJ: 12/21/2014 2:19:28 AMPanic supering isn't cheap? And if you can't kill a Bladedancer then you are just plain bad. Your super, rockets machine guns and fusion rifles destroy them. And killing shotgunning Titans with juggernaut is harder than bladedancer's with slide.
-
2 RepliesEveryone thinks the class they don't play are overpowered and the class they do play is weak. In reality most people are just getting beat by a better player. Pretty sure that's the definition of balance.

So much bs in this thread, bubbles are amazing, titan grenades are amazing, magnetic grenade us crazy good. ..and explodes twice

I'd have to disagree on the whole titan needing a third subclass, I utilize both subs in respect to their supers and abilities. Striker: I level everybody with the final Titan grenade(thanks in a big part to my Armementarium chest piece) it makes it easy to bottleneck certain locations. The Shoulder charge and transfusion make it quite easy to kill one target close to death and end another(if I'm quick enough anyways). The Super and how I use it depends on the situation, if it's a hunter doing the blade dancer super that's a green light to super him. I also have aftershock set up so if I get two of say three baddies and the third ends me, I can post mortem him. I play more aggressively with the Striker. Defender: With the defender I play a more conservative role, often playing bullet sponge after I melee an opponent into Submission so my teammates(if there are any behind me) will live on to get the rest of the opposing players. I also use the Ward of Dawn to protect my teammates and often create a bottleneck in which opponents have no choice to engage myself and a teammate or two inside the ward of dawn. I also have a hunter and warlock character, but I don't think they'll get much playtime because I like to use my Titan(he's been my character since I started playing). I'll also admit that I do gripe about the insane amount of hunters and/or warlocks in the game, but depending on my team and how they play(as well as myself) we can win.

I personally think the classes are pretty balanced over all. Each class has something really strong and annoying about it that can be countered if you know what you are doing and how to play your class. In my opinion though, a good gunslinger hunter who has a lot of disc and intel and an achlyophage symbiote, is the strongest subclass in the crucible

I actually somewhat admire the Titan's Defender class, because it seems like it would be immensely useful in both PVE and PVP. If anything, the other two classes should be granted their own defensive subclass.

I could be wrong
you are. Titans are not even the least bit underpowered, nor are they Overpowered. lets start with Striker; you have Large AoE grenades that Completely deny opposition that area of the field. if a Titan puts a pulse or Lightning grenade on a point in Control, you've already lost that point. then there's Fist Of Havoc. it is extremely difficult to stop a Striker mid-super, as nothing short of a Rocket can kill them, even without the perk. a Shotgun MIGHT work, but if you can time button presses that well, you should be a Pianist. then there's Shoulder Charge. not only does this thing have almost no cooldown, it can be used in Mid-air, and with those new Boots, the original charge that lasted 6 seconds is boosted to 10 seconds. you can literally run from one side of the map to the other and still achieve a kill with it. it's also a one hit kill. I have seen countless requests for it to be nerfed, more than any other ability (even Bladedancer, because Bladedancer can Actually be stopped). the Striker can also instantly recharge his melee. and last I checked, Storm Fist was a One hit kill to (or almost). on to Defender: while your shield does Jack squat without Saint-14s Helm, you still have decent melee abilities, and excellent overshields to absorb attack. plus you can be a light spewing Machine; Heavy Kills and Melee Kills spawn orbs of light, giving your teammates their supers far quicker. Weapons of Light and Blessing of light can turn you and your friends into either High Damage dealers, or a team of Titans with different powers. please tell me again how your class is underpowered.
-
You've made not a single valid point to why these sub-classes need to be nerfed. Titan is actually the strongest of the three classes. I'm not saying it has the best skills, but it has highest shield.
-
To all these people saying that shoulder charge is broken or needs to be nerfed it is extremely easy to counter especially since almost everybody ik runs shotguns even if u dont fusion rifle can do the same thing. It can one shot us before we even hit u guys understand that we dont get a damage reduction while we are in are shoulder charge. in fact i barely use my shoulder anymore cuz the sheer amount of ppl that run shotguns in crucible it is way too ez since we are left completely vulnerable in our animation same thing with fusion rifles except its a little harder to pull off since u have to see the titan coming at u before.
-
I play only Titan, and you sir, you don't know how to use your titan... They are not underpowered even a little.
-
Wow just wow. You really are clueless
-
Please just play as all the classes BEFORE making ANY assumptions.
-
Unless I have a bounty for it, I almost never use supers in the crucible. Supers should not (and do not) influence how well you do in pvp. On the flip side, "the bubble" is an incredibly useful tool in control and salvage. Also whenever theres heavy ammo, pop a bubble over it to protect it and keep your team safe while you collect it. I dont even try to pop bubbles because thats just a hopeless task for me.
-
You get a shield that initiates shortly after starting a run or a shoulder charge that's a one hit kill. You have tools at your disposal yet you chose not to use them, or maybe you're not good with them?

waaaaah waaaaaaahhhh waaaaaaaahhhhhh

Stop complaining like a bunch of bitches.
-
Lol i run sunlock always in pvp. I dont have to use a super to kill unless its crucial to turn the tied of the game. My sticky nades destroy people with the added burn effect. Ive smacked plenty of blade dancers who came at me.... and just die from burn.
-
i think that the titan shoulder charge needs to be nerfed. i was a sunsinger warlock, unloaded a clip into a titan, used my scorch melee that gives me a shield, and he still didnt -blam!-ing die!!! then, he shoulder charged through my full shield and killed me when i had full health. if that is not op i dont know what is. P.S i have really bad grammer so dont judge me
