Can enemies drop Exotic engrams?
My Friend keeps telling me that enemies can't drop them... Though I want to know if they can

Far as I know, exotic engrams can only be found at Xur. They CAN drop legendary engrams though, which CAN turn into an exotic.

No, and thanks to xur, its pretty hard to find proof if there is.

1 ReplyI wish they could. But the answer to your question is no. They only drop legendary and lower. But legendary enagrams can turn exotic.
