Radiant shards...
Ok guys, a tiny rant here and i know im not the only one..
Radiant shards... what the duck bungie? Really? 2 chests, 3 loot drops, i dont know about anyone else but i seem to be only getting raidant energy and very little radiant shards. Im not gonna sit here and add it all up so i googled it, apparently it takes between 80-90 shards to get to level 32. Im now level 31. Without deleting characters and spending endless hours levelling them up and repeating the raid its going to take weeks (months for those who work for a living!)
Surely itd be a good idea to be able to obtain radiant shards from dailys, crucible drops or even better dismantling unwanted raid weapons.

Dont get me wrong guys i know the raid is supposed to be challenging and levelling up isnt supposed to be easy, but gaining 4-6 shards each run is horrible. VoG had more chests, more drops. Aswell as shards being obtainable in weeklys, dailys, events and the crucible.
TL;DR - raidiant shards are gay, make more ways to get them. #increasedrops

You can convert those radiant energies into shards at Eiris. It does suck that we get less drops than VoG though

Sorry to disagree with you but your argument against bungie is invalid you just dont have luck with the RNG i am close to level thirty two anyway, but i dont have a chest piece. i dont blame bungie for not giving it to me the whole thing of keeping you coming back to get better loot is a way of getting you to play if you dont like it dont play and stop getting upset about it. it is a video game

Bump I agree. It is bull that people who actually put a lot of time is the game. Even if there is more chest in this raid we still should get a drop at the part before crota. I mean people will just jump past that part now if they have the save point at crota now. So it's like that part won't even be a part of the game. Just 1 time a week just so that you can get the Crota save and give it to your other character. So then you just do the bridge and the gatekeeper part, then right after that to get the second chest for on your other characters. I just think that you should just add another drop on that part before crota so that players will want to play that part. Other then just skipping it like how I do. Just a thought and maybe give like 1 or 2 more radiant shards or energy. So that you can play it with your 3 different characters other then just having 3 of 1. I mean I like all 3 characters and there different types of things they can do. Then it punishes us because now it will take me months to just get them all to 32. I thank that is dump and punishing the people that don't like to play just as 1 character. Just give your dedicated community of players a break and not just making all the work we put into the game not worth it.

Just wanna start with that I am pretty frustrated too with the lack of radiant shards. That said, it took a while until all 5 chests were found in vog. I'd imagine that we still haven't found all of the chests yet so give it some time.

63 shards to hit lvl 32, I have 21. A third of the way there.

I have over 30 already with one more guy to raid with. I only have one piece of raid armor as well, so I'll have that one maxed when I get more experience on it. I'm halfway to 32(in terms of shards).

Im getting a pretty good amount of shards, and im only using 1 character to do it per week. Iv gotten the first two defence nodes of my raid gauntlets and the first node of my black hammer so its okay

I already have half the shards I need to get to level 32 and I still need to raid on my hunter. It's not that bad

It's 63 if you're wearing a 2.0 exotic...there's definitely more than 2 chests in the raid, we just haven't found them yet, and you spelled queef wrong
