So.... I just wanted to write a short review on the hunter exotic helm ARACHNID which I have fully leveled up and have taken advantage of the perks. First off I have found the vast majority of people that make negative comments on a particular item do so because they either aren't using it in the right situation or environment; or they don't have the freaking item and they're just jealous they don't have it. So the Arachnid is a great exotic like almost all of them. First off let's consider the defense level as being higher than a legendary. That's one perk! Second the more you kill with a grenade the faster your super is replenished. As long as you use your grenade in the right way to kill than this is a big advantage. Last, the ZOOM feature for golden gun. For me it has made a big difference in the effectiveness of golden gun. It allows me not to fret too much and have more of an accurate hit rate on a boss or someone more powerful. People have been saying Symbiote gives you one more shot, but my theory for that is when I am under pressure in a night fall or crucible I can easily miss or hit them where it doesn't take as much damage. ARACHNID makes golden gun more effective. Period. And ARACHNID simply looks bad ass compared to Symbiote. So there's my review and two cents. Peace. Edit: I had Symbiote fully upgraded and once I got Arachnid I dismantled it. Call me shallow but I always felt like my hunter looked like a Teenage Ninja Mutant turtle when he was wearing it. I wasn't going to make my hunter suffer looking like that and having his peers make fun of him. That would be cruel. Lol. This is all MY perception of course. You are entitled to yours.
