Make sure two or three people are working him. If you get his shields down, he dies quick. Back in the day, I had an arc Swarm HMG with field scout that consistently damaged him where another person would take him out in short order. Sometimes it would outright kill him. Later on, I demolished him with a Light of the Abyss FR during a Defend the Warsat. He is much stronger during the "Enemies are moving against each other..." phase. Nowadays, a good arc shotgun would probably make short work of him. Having more people tackle him at once helps...

Edited by JOC693: 7/10/2015 12:14:07 AMThorn arc shotty and any max rocket (tracking if you aren't good at hitting him) Shotgun takes out shield and Thorn keeps him from regaining shield while you pound him with rocket.. Shoot thorn between rocket reloads..

Use and Arc Shotgun Found Verdict is ideal. If you intend to use Gjallahorn take Urzok's shield down first or else you will only deal minor damage since it has a heavy resist to non arc weapons.

2 RepliesWhilst farming keys (pre-HoW) we had: Wolves prowling Enemies move against each other Urzok and a mother f-ing Warstat 5 guardians completely shredded everyone. We danced like fairies for a solid 2-3 minutes when we were done.

I was going through skywatch and saw three 34's waiting around, so I waved and waited around too. Once a public event started, I just grabbed an arc sniper, waited for him to spawn and them helped take him out from afar. Super easy. Sure beat the couple times I tried to solo him lol

Find a world where other guardians are around waiting for Wolves, you will generally find they will help you. When I did mine we had 5/6 level 34's and he barely even landed before he was dead. Won't matter what weapon you use then haha Tip. Make sure you are alive when he dies, being a public event there are many enemies around and first time I tried this I had just been taken down when Urzok was killed.. I never got the challenge!!

Any 365 shotgun His shield regens fast. Have fast reload on it.
