Hey guys, Just gave a bit of thought to something here, and I'm probably preaching to the choir a bit, but with regards to the new raid gear, be picky about the gear you suit up to take all the way! To hit light level 32, we're going to need 3 pieces of raid gear to pair with an Exotic. That's going to mean 63 Radiant Shards (21 per item), and while this isn't going to be as much an issue for people with Lv. 30+ alts as well as their primary, I know I only ended last week with 6 Radiant Shards, between the first chest, maze completion, and bridge completion, and that's with no gear drops, just Shards. Bringing this up now because I know we've started getting some raid gear dropping, and some's looked good, but others have been kinda lackluster sounding. I know that, between an exotic and two other pieces of light 33 gear, you can afford one piece that's just 30, but don't know how much light you can get on one piece of raid gear without Radiant investment; that's going to mean something when we start getting more and more pieces to equip. So yeah, just be careful in asking if what you've got is what you want, gear-wise, before pumping Radiant materials in it, because we're going to be 31 for awhile, and if some of the Vanguard or vendor gear suits what you need for pumping the right Int/Dis/Str, it's not a bad idea to invest in there so you've got that while we run and search for that awesome mix in raid gear drops.
