3 Ghosts found in Siege of the Warmind
First: on the walkway just before the 4 waves of thrawl come, all the way to the back.
Second: in the basement below the computer in the final room.
Third: on top of the middle structure in the final room. You can jump on the wires to get to the top.

Thank you for posting this; I got the two I was missing last night. I've run through that little tunnel part a few times and never saw that ghost. :3
