Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this. While playing Destiny, the sound will cut out or stutter at seemingly random points. I'm talking just a slight hitch, just long enough to be noticeable and annoying, especially during cutscenes. The gameplay is fine though, no hitching. It tends to happen more when a lot of sound effects are going off though, like in the middle of a big battle, but I've heard it in quieter moments as well.
Here's some relevant details..
Digital download version (no disk)
HDMI Video out, optical audio
Listening to audio through headphones plugged into the controller.
Sound priority in PS4's audio menu is set to DTS Dolby bitstream, but changing it didn't seem to help.
brand new 500 GB SSD installed in PS4, not even half full.
This is the only game that seems to do this. Played GTAV (disk version) and The Last of Us (Download version) and neither are experiencing this issue.

7 RepliesAdditional note. The sound hitching would also occur when I was running sound out of my surround setup via optical. So I don't think it's just and issue with the sound out of the controller headphone plug.
