i spent my money on the dlc for the dark below but it turned out it was for the ps4 so i asked the guy at the front counter if it would still work and he said yes. i try it out and this doesnt work so i just got screwed over 20 bucks for some bullshit. bungie needs to correct this problem before they lose customers over this issue. make this thread know by them

People at retail stores barely know the situation regarding cross-platform DLC which is why I didn't trust anyone's word except from either Activision or Bungie. Sounds like you may need to take it up with the employee that told you that. Bungie doesn't have the ability to reissue you anything I don't believe and they only have your word to go off of so they don't have any real evidence. It just sucks that employees at retail give people solid facts when they don't even know themselves just for a sale.

I still think budgie should make the purchase of the dlc cross platform considering the account is going to be relatively the same on any platform you decide to use except ps4 to Xbox one
