That was a stupid question he plays only warlocks first off okay? The most shard we've seen drop in raid are 15 this is MAX okay trhree toons 45 if you use exotic helms (you have to) you need 63 shards and odds are also he didn't get just shards do the math deleting toons making same toons that's not real smart but not real
