[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details

We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed. I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content: Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny. I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content: Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download. [UPDATES] We have an update for PSN players who cannot get their DLC content to launch: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12459 We are aware of Xbox 360 users being unable to successfully download the Expansion and are currently investigating.

 • So rung Xbox helpdesk. They checked I had purchased DLC for 360. Showed I had but that license hadn't activated. They made sure it was definitely 360 version purchased as well. - as it should have been given it was purchased via in-game link. Said isn't a problem at that end and game me Activision NZ's 0800 160 110 to ring. Rang this. Gives you a Destiny help press 7 option. Used this option which told me to use he online support at Bungie and then hangs up. Been doing that since the 9th December. Rang 0800 again and spoke to support person who said Bungie had decided to manage all support for Destiny and Activision had neither received any training nor could provide any support for Destiny. Only recourse is to go back to Bungie. They will contact Microsoft help and ask them not to give out the Activision number. And so the Halo is complete............a perfect circle............back where I started.
