Why bring in a person whose subclass is literally built for them to die? Voidwalker is much more useful if you know what you're doing.
EDIT 1: Like the title says, it's Warlock Sunsingers with SELF REVIVE. If you don't have that on and enjoy being useful for your team, then you're perfectly fine and should keep up what you're doing.

1 ReplyWho dug up this ancient post?
-
They've saved a few nightfall strikes that ive been in.
-
Song of flame is great for crotas end at the start to ensure people's cooldowns are up and it is much easier to generate orbs while using radiance than a nova bomb in that fight. Def never use revive in that fight though lol

Edited by Xtake a breakX: 12/29/2014 12:41:36 AMNext time your all about to go to orbit on a nightfall , Ill just let it happen and then do the nightfall solo , Nuff said On a side note I do recall all other classes wanting Warlocks for Atheon push , Ya that's what I thought
-
So we hunters can have them glitch raids
-
-
Yeah but even if you know what you're doing, it's usually other people in your raid team that get you killed
-
I hope your a small child otherwise you were never taught the difference between fact and opinion and that is just sad .

4 RepliesNo need for self revive with the Apotheosis Veil. I just use Radiant Skin. I'm invincible :)
-
This is -blam!-ing stupid
-
I really hate these threads

Shut up
-
Just... Just stop...
-
Well its nice if everyone in your fireteam dies for a nightfall and you self-rez, but if you insist if you end up in my fireteam ill try to remember

6 RepliesEdited by THE SNAZZY WINO: 12/28/2014 3:45:01 AMThere's a lot about sunsinger that is helpful. Now as for hunters, 100% worthless.

3 RepliesUr account has not played destiny go FUk urself show me ur pathetic stats or no right to talk ill get mah boi kimmy J to hack ur ass when his internets cum bak
-
2 RepliesDem solar grenades.
-
1 ReplyThat's assuming the Sunsinger is TRYING to die. It is not built TO die. Flame shield on scorch+Claws of Ahamkara begs to differ. The self revive is just an option to help the team and make soloing some near-impossible things easier

Captain troll!

Because everyone deserves a shot to play. Its a game, not real life war. If he dies an awful lot while he is playing with you then so be it, at least he has revive. If he is consistently going down when the super is not up then all you have to do is explain if he continues to delay the teams objective (raid, strike, or whatever you are playing) just ask him to step it up or an inevitable boot will come his way. At least you gave the guy a shot. I put mine on occasionally when playing with certain people for certain situations. For instance I carried two low levels through a nightfall a while back, I had self-res ready in case they both went down and I got unlucky when trying to revive them. I don't believe I ended up using it but had they both gone down and I got unlucky I would have been happier than hell to have it on. Some people use it as a backup plan but I'm just saying everyone deserves a shot.

2 RepliesI don't know maybe because they can save the team from a wipe. Especially in nightfalls
-
I run sunsinger a lot to save wipes in nightfall and raids but I also find that I put myself in unnecessary danger when I have a self revive built up
-
I've saved a few hard VOG and nightfalls with using self revive. Besides most players only use their super when they need it. So why single out sunslingers? You're an idiot
-
Well if I'm doing a nightfall with a friend I don't want to take the chance of -blam!-ing up. That way, I don't have to worry about it. I usually only save it for the boss battle anyway.
-
Multiple times I have killed a boss or saved just saved the team from a wide because of self revive... Get off your high horse acting like you never die. Everyone dies
