Anyone else tired of carrying people in PVP?
I just wanna get this skirmish bounty done, but I go over 2.0 every game I'm playing and my team is going more than double negative.. These kids are breaking my backpack and it's getting old.
[spoiler]After some posts I have come to realize that my above average skill probably comes from my combined 350,000 kills from black ops 2, Halo 4, and Halo: Reach. Practice makes perfect everyone. Just don't go Gung-ho on everyone.. Dying is what makes people lose the game.[/spoiler]

6 Repliesi love being carried. it makes me feel safe & secure. I don't need a positive K/D to feel good about myself. just a Titan to cradle me. I'll bury my face in his/her massive chest... "tell me the zone is neutralized. I'm scared." -- I'm not great at Crucible. I have a below average K/D. i mostly play Control & when I do, I try my best. I try to keep the map in my teams favor. I have no problem dying just to prevent the other team from a capture. I hang in the back of that one Venus map so I can shake up the sniping campers that try to lock C down. I've done pretty bad in some games & I've come out on top in others. I will always have fun & will not give a blam if I lose. if I tried & my team tried, that's good enough for me. there HAS to be low K/D's in order for high ones to exist. I play my role. you should too.

I am not quite that good but I am getting tired of being the only one that goes positive on my team, only about 1 out of 100 matches have I gotten teammates that showed skill it seems.

1 ReplyBump +9000 Trust me. I know this feeling. I've done a control game where I got 10,000 points out of 20,000 for my whole team. We barely won. It is ridiculous. Don't even get me started on how hard I try on Skirms. I actually never go on skirmish anymore unless with friends. Never go in solo.You can be the best..but EVERY TEAM I PLAY WITH DRAGS ME DOWN. Rumble makes me happy. I hardly play it...but it makes me play it. I hardly lose a rumble game because I am in charge of my own being.

3 RepliesJust dump your Skirmish Bounty and carry yourself in Rumble, way more fun IMO Plus there's only a max of 2 people with Heavy Ammo at a time (assuming someone doesn't save it until the next drop) Much more enjoyable than playing with Randoms and watching as every member of the opposing team picks up Heavy from both crates and just smashes you. In these team-based game sets, there's only so much you can do, And sometimes one man isn't enough.

3 RepliesI see alot of people who never retreat. They just always go foward and die 25 times a game. Running is an effective and absolute necessary skill in fps. Not only do u deny them a kill, they may chase into advantageous positions for you and your team. I feel no shame in waiting it out especially when they may have heavy or map control. Or even when u know one guy on their team is a beast. Don't feed em. That's neither fun or effective.

I would doubt I ever 'carried' the team. But I'm consistently decent and consistently hate having people that go negative.

1 ReplyIm.with you. I can't seem to wrap my head around people buying a shooter and then get scurred when it comes to pvp. Haven't we all played call of duty, battle field, killzone, etc etc. You have to be blind to get below KD.

I don't ever carry, but I do try to assist whore. Tbh some times the other team has the advantage before the fight even begins, and you can generally tell. I wouldn't mind carrying if we were rewarded more often and consistently.

3 RepliesEspecially in the iron banner. I score the highest EVERY SINGLE GAME and we still loose. Not only do we loose, the people that have a .35 KD get the iron banner weapons and gear while I get nothing

Nowadays I don't see much carrying, although my K/D is permanently wrecked now and stuck at 1.8 overall, where it should be at least 3 or 4 looking at my last 20 games or so.

7 Replieslol I only visit crucible for bounties. The marks take forever and I could care less about my k/d ratio. Getting a high k/d ratio and bragging about it is like winning the special Olympics. you may have won, but you are still retarded.

[b][i]FÜCKING PEOPLE WHO DONT LOOK AT THE FÜCKING [u]RADAR[/u][/i][/b]... how hard is it to determine where the enemy is..? I see people running [b]WITH[/b]the enemy, running [b]PAST[/b] the enemy and even standing [b]NEXT[/b] to the enemy only to get blasted away.. no I'm not talking about low levels I'm talking idiots who are 25+.. today before I got off I've seen two level 30's run passed enemy's just to get shot in the back dead.. it's not that hard.
