Did every Titan buy Ruined Wings?
I've seen a lot of people bought them but they didn't really appeal to me. I have the Armamentarium, which I upgraded, and I bought 3 exotic helm engrams but was unable to get the Helm of Saint :'( which is the only piece that I would swap out my Armamentarium for.
So, did you buy the Ruined Wings? What did you swap out for them?

[u]Ruined Wings are back for a second consecutive week! That's annoying for the people who bought them last week, but for people like myself who weren't convinced beforehand now have a second chance to obtain them. From all of the posts on here I think it's fair to say the overwhelming majority of you say they are good for getting heavy ammo, even if they're just used sporadically during a raid/strike to obtain the heavy ammo then switch the Wings back out for a favoured exotic[/u]

1 ReplyI bought them and a helm engram , so I now have chest , arms and helm 36 light, can swaps and change depending on what Crota raid drops :)

I did there awesome in pve heavy ammo for days :D however i dare say i will use my saint -14 and innermost light more often

I wouldn't be surprised if the Armamentarium stays with me to 10 years from now. Double flash bang beats anything any of the other exotics can do. It's the only true ranged CC ability in the game. It makes everything easier. Striker Titan master race.

Just defeated crota and got the heavy machine gun so I can see my ruined wings and it being v happy together. Used to always use the armamentarium and I probably will upgrade it eventually but the ruined wings look so much cooler.

3 RepliesThey drop more heavy ammo and more more ammo in each box. It's by far the best PVE exotic for titans. I'm wearing ruin wings with my raid boots and I literally picked up 7 rockets for gjallarhorn with 1 box. It's a no brainer to use these.

I bought them for the same reason i bought gjallarhorn. Looks neat and i feel like i would regret it later.

They can be situationally handy but in truth the reason that I picked them up is because I just like the way that they look and had plenty of coins to burn. I'll still be running my Armamentarium most of the time.

1 ReplyI did buy the ruin wings, I swapped out for helm of saint 14. (Not a choice I made lightly) but I'm hoping xur brings the upgrade for saint 14, until then I'm enjoying the gauntlets

Ruined wings until I get my new saint 14... I preffer wings over armentarium ... Not only are they bad as s. But they give you 3 boxes of heavy with a group kill... The other gives u a nade.. I also need because it's only thing that makes my valevictorian viable other than raid boots. That gun sux on ammo :(. Wings help

i did an its amazing, 4 heavy per pick up and they drop like crazy. i did an hourly event with just rockets.
