Drowning in a sea of 'General networking issues'.

I know I am not alone in my seemingly endless struggles to actually play the game I paid for back in September, but the fact that there is seemingly no resolution in sight and the apparent smug disinterest from Bungie has prompted me to post on this 'help' forum once more. I assure you that I have been through my network setup, following the guides provided by both Bungie and Xbox support. I have swapped network hardware. I have tried using 3g tethering via my Phone, all to no avail. When I consider that almost any other game that I try to play online on console or PC works without issue, I can only reach the conclusion that there is a level of arrogance with the network engineers at Bungie that would be more appropriate for a scandalous pop band. From the times I have successfully connected to the world of Destiny I have enjoyed myself, so much so that I have persevered with these ongoing problems this long. I just ask that I can reliably play the game that I paid for all those months ago.
