Just ball parking it here.....but if you are going to give away level 31 through the vanguard....and then probably give away levels in the next expansion. What is the point of getting all my characters to level 32 now, when next expansion I'll most likely get level 33 through the next expansions vanguard. You flushed all the hard work people put into the VoG raid down the toilet by passing out gear that surpasses the last expansions raid gear. Just my opinion, in most progressive games the idea is to progress through the game, meaning to get to 30 you need to get through VOG on hard, then get to 32 through Crota's end....not buy your way to the top.
