Ruin Wings or No Backup Plans?
Seem to both be awesome. I love my NBP. Which do you think is better?

2 RepliesLawl No Backup Plans. Can't believe this item is even considered by people. Saint-14 / Glasshouse are best Defender (Both are situational) Armamentarium is best for Striker (Helm of Inmost Light looks badass but isn't exactly truly useful) Ruin Wings are good if you want arms, but I say don't waste time. No Backup Plans is a joke. Just like Insurmountable Skullfort.

I would say Ruin Wings offer alot more benefit than No Backup Plans. And they look awesome as well. I have had NBP for quite a while and never really used them much. Armamentarium Chest Armor my goto exotic just for the boost in ammo you can carry. I traded up my Armamentarium but will also be using the Ruin Wings at times.
