I took a chance and got The Glasshouse for my Titan. I also have 3 pieces of raid armor, legs, arms, and chest so after I upgrade all my armor I will be lvl 32 !

Well it will be awhile till you reach lvl 32, you will need 63 radiant shards, good luck getting them.

But now each raid piece he gets = shards

Your going to be 1/4 the to 31, normal raid armor goes to 31. Hard mode is not availible at the moment.

No. Each piece of raid armor will give you 36 light. This combined with the 36 of the exotic helm will get him to 32.

Ah, I see, so there's no reason to play hard other than for pointless raid weapons, and mystery raid exotic.. got it!
