How to unlock Crota's End raid?

I may be missing something but i can't figure out how to unlock the new raid. I've done the dark below missions and the 3 quests as well as the will of crota strike... but i dont see the raid anywhere. I am a level 29, does that matter? Thanks!

Crota's End is available with no missions/strikes/requirements. It's on the moon in the middle of the hellmouth. Now to do the weekly/nightfall there's some steps involved before it's unlocked.
