Urzok the Hated
Found him near loot cave when the hive and fallen went to war. Any idea what he's all about?
Wrote this in December. 2 days after it dropped. Still getting replies lol.

1 ReplyHe is one of the Quest kill targets for the urn if sacrifice in the dark below expansion I had to kill him today. His arc shield is uber took a lot to work it off once you do you can kill him easily and pick up his burnt embers to add to your urn.

5 RepliesHe sells hive insurance. The rates are pretty crappy right now, i would wait until after the new year and see if they have a better policy with more coverage. Also, currently if you get killed while engaging in dlc content there is a loophole. If your demise occurs on a tuesday and you were not carrying 1 piece of vog raid gear your beneficiary may not receive the full payout you elected they receive. I don't get how an underwriter would feel that makes sense in this kind of policy but its there. Hopefully that will get revised so you can run dlc content with the piece of mind that dinklebot will get passed to whomever you elected to get the little idiot. Disclaimer: i'm bored on my lunch break, don't ask why i wrote this as i don't have a clue

Make sure U have the quest active as well - 1 of my friends did not.. Lol

After a few missions with Eris she'll want you to purchase an Urn with Xur. The Urn basically works like an exotic bounty where finishing a part of the bounty unlocks another part of the bounty immediately. Killing Urzok the hated as part of a public event is one of those bounties. [spoiler]You ultimately unlock some gauntlets[/spoiler]

2 RepliesI was able to get the quest done without having to wait for the public event. I do not know for sure how it happened.. You guys can test it out.. I know that if you keep killing at skywatch.. at one point Urzok will come out. First time I killed him that way.. it did not complete the quest. Then waiting forever for the public event to happen. We completed the warsat too fast to kill Urxok So I waited for another event that did not come. But at one point people around there started killing spawns again and Urzok come out again.. this time I snipped him and killed him.. And I got the quest complete.. Not sure if it is because I killed him after a public event or the first time someone else might have stole the kill and so I did not get it Give it a try. Let us know what you find out. Or else it seems everyone is waiting there forever to get the quest done..I know I waited for around 2 hrs before this happened to me to complete the quest

I took him down with two other guys I don't remember him being hard to beat, more like hard to see anything in all the chaos.

I unloaded Hezen Vengance at him. People were blasting him with murmur and 3 rockets polished him off. Also a nice tip is stick him with a fusion grenade or punch him as a warlock. Shields don't regen until the dot wears off.

1 Replyi have just completed the mission with a friend and tuned it in. my friend and i are warlock and recieved legendary thrallskin brace. effects are increased reload speed with scout rifle, and causing damage with melee reduce grenades. states are 279-347 defense, 24-33 light, 43-48 intellet and 44-49 discipline

I solo'd him while defending the Warsaw. Dropped 2 arc grenades on him (exotic chest), used Fist of Havoc, grabbed the blade of Crota (A knight with it spawns alongside him) and just smashed him in like 5 hits. And I'm only lvl 29.
