It merely means that they are a part of the Bungie community and have decided to proudly show that off. Like myself. YF

It means they got a bungie symbol in their name. If you want one, go onto your bungie profile(not the search for a player one, the one that has stuff like ''all forum posts by this user). Go to edit profil, and you can select it to be on/off there.
