Look for an orange light above the door!! I've just done this on both my characters. First one took about 12 wipes, second run took about 4. The chest can spawn in one of three rooms I believe, but the first one directly to the left is the easiest. Needless to say RNG blessed me with radiant shards, no exotics for me :(
