Greetings all,
We’ve seen reports of players receiving error code E-82000102 when purchasing or redeeming content in the PS store. This is a Sony error code, and should be handled by PlayStation Support. If you are seeing any animal, fruit, or instrument error codes (BEAVER, MARIONBERRY, and BANJO for example), those are Bungie error codes that you should report to our #Help forums.
However, we do have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try before contacting PlayStation Support:
• Some codes are region locked. Please check your PS code to ensure that your account and codes/gift card are in the same region.
• If you’re adding funds to a sub account, you’ll need to add funds to the Master Account.
• Close the store and retry. If the error persists, exit the PS store and Sign-out and Sign-in to PSN at [Settings] > [PSN].

Hey Guys, I think I found a work around. I too had the E-82000102 and spent atleast an hour in phone calls to sony looking for help. They said people were having the problem but didn't have a solution. So I found one. It cost 15$ more but atleast I'm in game working and it's not like its 15$ wasted (You'll understand) 1. Go to PS Store 2. Scroll down to the Destiny Tab (Under Holiday Gift Guide and US Air Force) 3. Go To Expansion Pass 4. Buy Now 5. Purchase and Check out. 6. Restart PS4 7. Profit $$$ It let me buy that without an error. It didnt' work the first time I opened destiny but I restarted the system and tried again an it worked. It said it was unlocked and I am now playing with my friends. ***PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKED FOR YOU TOO*** Good Luck Guardians.
