The issue affecting Xbox 360 users should now be resolved. Please attempt to re-download the Expansion on your Xbox 360.

Sony is aware of this issue and working diligently to resolve the matter. New purchasers of the physical editions should not encounter this issue. Sony is aware of the problem for existing owners and is in process of investigating solutions for affected players.

I am still having issues with the expansion it wont even let me download expansion 1 but i was able to download the second one im confused do i even need the first one or no if i have the second and if i do why can't i Download the first expansion? I bought the legendary edition as well for xbox 360.

I purchase from the PlayStation store the Taken King with both other expansions after completing the entire game I still do not have access to any three of those expansions. I restore the license on my PlayStation I even made a second Titan character got to level 20 and completed the game and still did not have access do any of the DLCs now I just went ahead and delete it destiny 2 from my PlayStation and I'm now read downloading it if this doesn't work going to have to get a refund but the almost think I almost spent $100 for the destiny 2 forsaken legendary edition I'm sure glad I didn't do that cuz I'm more than likely would have ran into the same problem

I just bought curse of osirus and warmind at the same time, but when i open destiny 2 it only shows curse of osirus but warmind it tells me that i need to purchase it again. i went to ps store and it told me that i already purchased it please help i tried restart my ps4 but nothin happens.

Done it. deleted years of gameplay restoring my 360 to factory settings. nothing... whats the deal with no refunds? i was going to buy the collection on my xbox one as well but f**k that. i guess buying your games is like russian roulette.

I bought The Expansion Pass for Destiny 2 on the PSN and it says it is downloaded and it says it's installed but all I am getting is the cinematic video I do not know how to start the Destiny 2 Expansion Pass story mode at all and I do not know what to do in order to get things working properly

Help, this issue is happening to me. I recently purchased the complete destiny edition with all the DLCs a few days ago through the Playstation store, I was able to download it and fully access all the gear and content. Today I get home and All my DLC gear is greyed out, it says that I require that edition or DLC. I called playstation support and they said that they dont see anything on their end, and that my account is perfectly fine. They suggested that I restore license option, remove the game and re download it, and hopefully that would fix the issue, if not then they would issue me a refund. But they dont see anything wrong with my account, can you please help me! My boyfriend has been begging me to play with him and finally I say yes. The game is awesome and we're having a blast playing, help me get my content back! Thanks for your time.

I had purchased destiny the collection for Xbox one installed it and everything, played it for a few minutes and then tried to redeem the code to get the dlc but it didn't add the dlc to my ready to be installed, as if it wasn't redeemed. when I go to do it again I just get the message that the code has already been used..

Unfortunately I am experiencing the exact same difficulty. However my game is capable of accessing some features that were previously unavailable, such as an iron gjallohorn and the questlines. All of the missions are locked except for the vanilla version on the physical disc. Are you also experiencing this problem? Have you found a solution to your own? If so please explain to me how to fix my problem

I have been playing the rise of iron since it's release, however as of 30Dec16 I am not able to play any of the expansion. I have followed the above suggestions and it is still not allowing me to play. Also I bought the expansion bundle with the iron gallihorn, but now I can't use it or any other item that was in the said bundle. This is a huge inconvenience, as I was just playing yesterday. Please reply with any suggestions you have to fix this.

Hello, I just bought the collection from gamestop the disc version. Was there supposed to be activation code for my exapnsions? I only have a redemation code for the rocket launcher. I did uninstall and reinstall. Also restarted my xb1, still saying I do have the rights to acess my expansions.

@Bungiehelp2 I bought the destiny collection for xbox one yesterday. I have the taken king and rise of iron but the dark below and house of wolves didn't install I checked my ready to install and installed and they weren't there.

I have purchased the ps4 cd, redeemed code, restored license, and it also says i have the expansion pack installed but i cant do anything that has to do with the other expansions than just RISE OF IRON??? I didnt get the option of downloading the expansions either even if it did say "installed".... What is wrong with this???

I can not download expansion pack 1. I bought legendary edition and everything downloaded fine except for expansion pack 1. It goes to 1% complete then back to 0 a couple of times then it says can not download.

hey bungie i have a huge problem, i recently switched from my xbox 360 to an xbox one and i had previously purchased all of the dlc's for destiny. now i am trying to play and it requires me to get the taken king all over again. and the worst part is yet to come, i have read online that you should try to re-install, so i did. and got a notice mentioning that it will be in the back of my download list and to my surprise their is nothing! it is permanently gone. because when i go to the store it does not say download. it ask me to purchase it once more this is urgent because i and another one of my pall are in this predicament together, seeing as we have been loyal day one players of this game. i grant you can check the character play history enough to prove my dlc purchases and reinstate me plz thx!!

Two days ago I downloaded the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade from the Playstation Store. So after it installed, I went to the postmaster, but it didn't show any messages. I am not really in the mood of re-installing the full game again, so I hope you can come with an easier solution. Thanks in advance!

Whenever I go into the PSN store I go to the taken king dlc to buy just that I don't want the collectors or legendary editions. But it says unavailable to purchase... Why is this please help I own Dark below expansion but not House of Wolves as I lost destiny when it came out but I just found it and wanted to play take king please reply!
