That's fair 'nuff. I certainly wouldn't have any problem with that. That's how it used to be in WoW (you had to run Kara to get new guildies geared up to run Gruul, to run SSC, etc. etc. within the Burning Crusade expac). Wow has moved away from the model of keeping previous tiers of raids within an expansion relevant, though, as people really don't seem to like having to trudge through non-current stuff to get newbies geared up to raid current stuff.
