[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details

We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed. [b]I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content:[/b] Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny. [b]I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content:[/b] Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download. [b][UPDATES][/b] [b]We have an update for PSN players who cannot get their DLC content to launch: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12459 [/b] We are aware of Xbox 360 users being unable to successfully download the Expansion and are currently investigating.

      • Xbox 360 in UK. Paid for the dlc this evening and nothing but cinematics. Downloaded twice again and still cinematics only which is a bit expensive at £35!

      • Hi, I bought the Destiny Digital Download Bundle on XBOX One Marketplace with all the DLC Upgrades included. The package was bought on the Portugueses XBOX ONE STORE ONLINE and included: Destiny Game Destiny Digital Pack Destiny Vanguard Pack Expansion I Expansion II Expansion Pass The game runs and the vanguard pass has worked and i can only see the CINEMATICS from the two expansions CINEMATICS WORK... GREAT .... BUT NONE OF THE EXPANSIONS WORKS... I have tried EVERYTHING that I have read on the internet, from deleting the game and install it from scratch (25GB download SUCKS) to install it piece by piece. BUNGIE DON'T PROVIDES DIRECT SUPPORT FOR THIS... SUCKS MUCH HARDER [b]LAST CHANCE IS TO ASK MY LAWYERS TO SUE BUNGIE!!!![/b]

            • I tried making my ps4 my primary ps4 and it worked, i could acces my DLC again, but errors kept occuring 1-2 times. Hope this can help somebody.

            • I'm still having this issue on xbox one. Talked to Microsoft a few times today and wasted 2 hours on the phone to no solution. The content is on my hard drive but it only gives me the option to Uninstall or purshase. This is getting very annoying.

                • Hi Bungie, I just bought destiny bundle expansion 1 & 2 today via PSN website. However at PS4 destiny game stated Expansion required. I have restored licenses as per instruction above and restart my console. seems nothing happened. please help me. thank you

                  • I cant use my expansion content. This ridiculous. I followed all your steps and it did not work. You owe some shards since i wasnot able to play crotahard before the reboot. I hope I hear from you pretty soon...or else I will seize to play.

                          Hello administrator of bungie and other destiny gamers! Is the expansion available to greek region? Im trying to activate it but it says ''UK LTD'' so i think that my expansion is only for england. Thanks in advise!

I have followed all instructions on how to fix it, and yet still nothing, my money has been taken out of my account and have emails to confirm that, so why can I not play? I got the game in my region so that isn't the issue. Please reply. Thank you
