[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details

We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed. [b]I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content:[/b] Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny. [b]I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content:[/b] Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download. [b][UPDATES][/b] [b]We have an update for PSN players who cannot get their DLC content to launch: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12459 [/b] We are aware of Xbox 360 users being unable to successfully download the Expansion and are currently investigating.

  • I purchased and have played through the XBOX ONE DLC "dark below" missions; however am still unable to do any of the strikes. They all show as locked. Anyone with input as to how I can unlock the strikes? Appreciate the input.

    • Still nothing for PS4 users that makes any sense and actually works. I'm in the USA, always have been, have never taken my pc out of my house let alone another country. Hahahaha this is pathetic. Refund time for me. Today will be my 5th call to PS about this. Bungie hides their phone number and hides themselves. This is sad, ladies and gents.

      I have purchased the Expansion Pass at the Xbox Live Marketplace today and downloaded. I try to play Destiny and it comes up saying the content is not on the hard drive when it is. I look at the content and only 56kb of the 108kb was downloaded. Neither Microsoft or bungie has an answer for me so far. All microsoft has done was refund me my money and now i have to wait 2-3 days before buy the Expansion again. If this is the type of errors that happen with this DLC and no way to fix it or directly contact bungie why should I try to get the next one.

        I cant even download it even though I already purchased the DLC it says product cannot be purchased at this time. What the hell does that mean???

They just don't care, they already have our money. What they are saying to us is give us some more money or you won't be able to play the f****** DLC. This is outrageous!!!

        • I fixed it!! I had to get refunded from sony and repurchase but it worked! I was getting the CE-30002-5 error when restoring licenses and non of my purchased dlc was loading either. Took about a day to do but Im in. Bungie if you reading this you have to send out new licenses. Some of them (mine was from a pre-order a week ago) are corrupted.

          • I can access the content but one of my fire team cannot. We both play on the PS4 version. I haven't played any of the content yet because I'm not going to leave a man behind. He's understandably very angry and feels badly let down by bungie and there lack of any dialog or any apparent action to resolve this issue. If this very serious matter isn't resolved then bungie risk not only loosing customers who haven't been able to access the content they've paid for, they could potentially loose the customers who have.

          • I bought the digital guardians edition for my PS4. Still waiting for my update I am being asked to pay for it. Tried all your suggestion to fix it. before you say it's a region thing my PS4 hasn't moved 1 inch from the time I preordered. I just talked to PSN and they layed the blame on you and from what I read they are right. I want the goods that I purchase from you,

                i have the digital guardian edition on disc bought in the EU, where i am, and i have seen no trace of the expansion what so ever (well that guardian who made it out is in the tower and i cant do weeklys, but that i just from the update), i havent recived the sparrow either if that might tell u something. Also im able to buy destiny, destiny digital guardian, the dark below expansion and expansion pack from the store. ive tried: delete game, quick restore ps4 to fabrc settings, check for updates, restart console and restore license UPDATE: ive been blind, i thougt i hade distiny digital guardian but i only have destiny vanguard armoury edition

                • since the begining everything gone wrong im done with destiny sony will get my 20$ back and i dont wanna hear anything else from destiny or bungie anymore. i had fun with my friends but now im so pissed off , 2 days now and i still cant play my dlc.i have no fun at all. I quit this game gonna wait for Dying ight.

                • How about you get your head out of your @ss bungie this is complete BS. I spent over an hour on the phone with Sony trying to resolve the error e-2000102 when the whole time I know it HAS to be on your end. I CANT EVEN PURCHASE THE DARK BELOW!!!!! FIX YOUR SHIT!!!!!!
