Raid Gear Chances in Vault Of Glass
I'm one of those unlucky players who have put over 400 hours into Destiny and have completed the VOG on both difficulties many times, and still have not received both the raid boots or gloves for my warlock. Will this issue be addressed after the Dec 9th update? As in, will the chances of me getting those pieces to get to level 30 increase? I mean, after all this invested time, you would think i'd be able to bring my buddies into battle as a level 30 when the Dark Below expansion came out.. that I pre-ordered when i bought the game. Hope you can see my frustration.

So me and other players who havnt played it, can play it. GT TaroDactyl, despite the gamer tag I have linked the account I play on now needs to play te raid on both difficulties. So hit me up on here or on Xbox if you need a 28 Titan.

2 RepliesThe Crota raid has increased drop rates. So far those higher chances haven't been extended to the VOG. Maybe in January when they release the Hard Raid version of Crota they will patch it. Otherwise, it's just to satisfy the completionist in you that one would need to acquire the VOG full set of gear. Though, Supposedly, the VOG hard raid weapons are meant to be used on the Crota Raid. By that, I guess they only mean the Mythoclast.

You can have some of mine I have 2 1/2 sets of warlock gear sitting in my vault.

1 Replyhave this issue with my warlock he stuck at 29 no raid gear cant get chest pieces either for my hunter and titan so many hard raid tries and nothing still :(

Why didn't you just do the iron banner for boots and gauntlets?

Also, you only need commendations for chest d helm. Arms and legs don't need them. Just marks.

I had 3 pieces of level 31 gear in two minutes. Legs from care package, and arms and chest from vguard. Waiting til Friday and hoping Xur has an upgrade to my helm of st 14. I'll be set. Then it's time to get raid gear.

I was feeling the same until I found out that lvl 30 gear is now going to be a lot easier to get. Eris, Vanguard, drops, 30 is the new 28 because 32 is the top dollar now, so they'll be helping everyone to get to 30. Good news.
