The Last City Exploration???

Does anyone else think that exploring at least part of The Last City would be pretty sweet? It's huge when looking from the tower.

  • I'm thinking of yet another glimmer bucket. Areas should become accessible to players once they pay a single time tariff. The shopping districts would be separated by the cost of the tariff. Eventually, you'd need friends to get together to pay for a group tariff, which stays active for the PROFILE instead of the actual character. Naturally, higher-leveled players would pay less to unlock areas as they have become "famous" and "VIPs". Of course, if players don't want to make friends, they can't afford to pay the more advanced tariffs... WITHOUT THE GUARDIAN BANK THAT IS!!! Completing missions for the main quest or mini games for citizens will reward you with money that is stored in the GUARDIAN BANK for City purchases. Like a normal bank, you cam store glimmer in here and make revenue, and there's even loans! Loans are great because players can get money quickly to pay off the more pricey tariffs, but there's a danger. The player must pay weekly fines to pay off their debt. If the player manages to pay off their debt within the week, they get bank rep, which lowers the interest on loans as you rank up. If you DO fail to pay off your debt at any point, there will be many penalties. These include: - Your level will decrease by one for a month. - Enemies aggro on you more than normal. - The tariff which was purchased with the loan will be revoked. - You will have to wear a brown shader as a mark of shame. Wow, vicious penalties, right? Don't worry, though, there is a way to get rid of these debuffs. Simply get ahead of your debt within 30 days and you're back on track! All of this does two things: 1) It's something to do. 2) Teaches valuable life lessons about finances! Tell give me any suggestions and look for my root post!
