• Just chatted with Sony customer support on the issue. Here is my transcript. I'd advise all of you to do the same by going here and alerting them to this issue, in hopes that they get on it quicker. https://support.us.playstation.com/app/contact_options "William: Hello, My name is William how may I assist you today? You: I purchased the dark below expansion pass for my digitally owned copy of Destiny for my PS4. Now there is a timer for when the DLC will be released, where the "start" button usually is to open the game. Now I cannot play the game I already own, for another 16 hours till the dlc drops. William: I will be more than glad to help you with that. You: Online ID: #$^#&$*$!# Order Number: @#^%$*#%(%65798 You: Is there a way to get rid of this timer so I can play the game? William: Ian, the timer is there becasue this coming Tuesday (Dec 9, 2014) will be releasing the Destiny Expansion Pass I: The Dark Below. You: Yes, but it's kind of ridiculous that it blocks the game I've owned and played since September 9th. You: I can't even play the game. William: Ian, I apologize the inconveniences. You: I'm not the only one whose dealing with this too.https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/82967339/0/0 William: I understand that you need to play the game, but there is no option, right? You: I'm asking you if there is an option? You: Why would the DLC timer take precedent over being able to play the game? William: Let me escalate you account information with my lead, the case is being worked by Ubisoft. You: ok thanks William: I hope this issue will be resolver today, unfortunately there is no time-frame yet. You: Ok William: Is there anything else I can assist you with today? You: I just wanted to bring this to your attention, simply because something like this would deter me from pre-ordering anything again the future. You: Nope thats it man. William: Thatnk you for taking the time to share that with us, Ian. William: Have a nice day. You: You too" It's been escalated, and I guess Ubisoft is on the case! LOL!
