I've done a little googling and came up with this link....http://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/2l39z8/all_known_vault_of_glass_loottable/ At the bottom of the loot table in the edits & notes, it states that you can pick up that chest and also get the "no teleport chest". So my reasoning is this... If you open the 1st chest, the chest that you supposedly cannot get is the one for not allowing the Templar to teleport. If that's the case, then I say if you are still worried about missing that chest, leave it only if you prevent the Templar from teleporting. Otherwise you might as well grab it, because you're not going to get the chest you're seeking anyway.
