Your weapons won't be replaced immediately. When they are replaced they are being replaced by better weapons. We all had lvl 20 rares we liked before we got our first legendary. We had a favorite vendor legendary we liked before we got vog legendary weapons. We have our favorite raid legendary weapons and they will be replaced by better raid legendary weapons. It will be okay.

How many raids does it take to get another solar scout rifle. The world may never know. We will get this in the hard raid though which will be perfect against Captains in the fallen raid in DLC 2. http://www.destinydb.com/items/4252504452-fang-of-ir-yut#1.MVNgfUe8 The game will evolve and we will have to adapt with new gear.

You're clearly missing my point. It's not about the solar (Although that adds to it), it's the gun itself.

I understand what your saying. But it's a level 30 weapon I'm sure there will be something similar at higher levels. Will it be this DLC? Maybe not, it may be in the next DLC. It's not going to be the best scout rifle forever because there will be higher level weapons that are better eventually.

In addition to that, it's not built like it, being able to send down range constant and accurate fire down range due to full auto
